Since taking on the role of Helpdesk Manager in 2023, Travis has been a pillar of knowledge and accountability. His favorite aspects of working in IT are that it is never boring and that he learns something new every day. He recommends that everyone make cybersecurity a priority and a goal; there’s no such thing as “too much.”
What’s the biggest tech misconception you’ve heard?
“I would not call it bizarre necessarily, but there is a percentage of people that feel that MFA does more harm than good.”
If you could have any job for a day—unrelated to IT—what would it be?
“I would be a rockstar.”

“It would definitely be a yellow Labrador Retriever. I once had one, and he was the best dog in the world.”
