When I first met with our representative from Exact I was very impressed, however, that person left and then I was having a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions, slow turn around times, etc. These items were important for success in my day-to-day. I was above frustrated and simply felt no one was able to solve the issues I was having. One day Ryland reached out and he was AWESOME! Since that day, Ryland has helped me numerous times and is quick to respond to my emails and set times that are convenient to my schedule. He goes above and beyond. I am not great on computers, and at times, some of the people you meet can make you feel like your questions are silly...not Ryland he is very humble and it is very appreciated. Thank you!

Josh from Exact It was amazingly helpful with restoring my work desktop computer back to functioning properly. Due to a glitch, I had lost all of my personal files which contained many work files that were critical to my day-to-day operations. Exact It has come through and they been extremely helpful on numerous occasions. Thank you!!!

Contacted Exact It to assist with old/new laptop transition. Daniel was the last one to help me. Nate was one of the first. Both are very knowledgable, patient, and on time. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend both of them!

Dave S. was very knowledgeable and so helpful, he went over and above to make sure our system was up and running at full capacity, we had a huge conversion, and he made it as painless as possible. I would recommend to all friends and family. Thanks Dave, we appreciate your hard work and dedication to your clients.
