Exact IT Consulting Expands Resources and Footprint with Acquisition

September 19, 2023 — INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Exact IT Consulting, a premier managed IT services organization, is proud to announce the acquisition of Bray Technologies, which will expand Exact IT’s presence in the Midwest through the addition of Bray’s clients.

Currently servicing clients across the country, Exact IT has a successful track record of helping businesses make strategic, long-term IT decisions to align technology with business objectives and improve operational efficiency. This acquisition will further its mission of providing proactive and innovative technology solutions to businesses, along with adding experienced talent to the team.

For almost 30 years, Bray Technologies has operated as an outsourced computer department to provide IT support to organizations in the Midwest. The owner, Douglas Bray, retired and looked for an IT partner to take over his client base.
