A lot can happen in a decade. Children become adults. Technologies can become obsolete. A losing sports franchise can come back and win in game 7 against their biggest rivals. My memory continues to get worse. The list goes on and on.
This year, we’re celebrating 10 years of tech excellence. When I started the business, I knew I wanted to create a different kind of IT company. After hearing way too many horror stories about IT firms and how they operate, I set out to do business differently.
By approaching IT from a business lens instead of solely a technology perspective, our clients have successfully been able to align technology with business objectives and improve operational efficiency, leading to bottom-line impact in their businesses. They also feel like they have a resource they can rely on to get the support they need so they can focus on what they do best—while also helping them understand problems in layman’s terms instead of feeling talked down to.
As I reflect on the past decade, I’m proud to know that we have truly accomplished what we set out to do—to be a partner in our clients’ success.
