After the IT Director left the company with a 2-week notice, Inspire Automation needed to streamline its IT across multiple locations with a crucial focus on integration. At that point, multiple locations were functioning independently, which left the company with an inconsistent IT infrastructure.
During onboarding, business-critical legacy hardware and software were found, which required a major upgrade.

The team made onsite trips to the client’s remote locations in Wisconsin and Virginia to conduct discovery and provide integration. Exact IT successfully virtualized the business critical applications away from legacy hardware and consulted with the client to replace the hardware with updated and supported solutions.

Ongoing chronic user issues have been resolved through Exact IT’s ticketing portal with quick access to the experts who can assist with troubleshooting, tech troubles, and general questions.
